Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase from Mr. Bac Flo. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Returned within 30 days of delivery
In unused or like-new, resalable condition
Complete with all accessories, fittings, hoses, cases, manuals, and other components originally included
Returned in its original packaging when applicable

Products that show signs of excessive use, installation damage, missing components, alteration, or misuse may not be eligible for a refund.

Test Gauges & Test Kits

Backflow test gauges and test kits are precision testing equipment.

Unopened test gauges and test kits returned in their original condition are not subject to a restocking fee.

Opened test gauges and test kits that are otherwise eligible for return are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund.

Equipment that has been damaged, altered, improperly handled, or returned with missing components may be refused for return or may be subject to additional deductions based on its condition.

The restocking fee does not apply when the return is due to an incorrect item shipped by Mr. Bac Flo or an eligible defective or damaged product.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

When the return is due to an error on our part or an eligible defective or damaged product, Mr. Bac Flo will cover the applicable return shipping costs and no restocking fee will apply.

Return Shipping

For standard returns that are not the result of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning merchandise. Mr. Bac Flo is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable 15% restocking fee.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are not refundable except when an incorrect, damaged, or eligible defective product was sent.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Products that have been damaged, altered, or misused after delivery
Items missing essential parts or components
Clearance or final-sale merchandise when clearly identified as final sale at the time of purchase
Custom or specially ordered products, unless defective or damaged

Smaller Parts & Accessories

Standard eligible returns of fittings, adapters, bushings, and other small accessories are not subject to the 15% restocking fee.

They must still meet the return eligibility requirements above.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong product and need a different item, please contact us. When possible, we will help you determine the correct product before arranging the return.
